Open Hearty App
Launch the Hearty app on your device
Go to Profile
Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation
Tap Subscription
Find the Subscription option in your profile
Manage Subscription
Tap "Manage Subscription" to cancel or modify your plan

There are different ways you might have purchased Hearty. Find your purchase method below:
App Store
iOS / iPhone / iPad
How to cancel:
- 1.Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- 2.Tap your name at the top
- 3.Tap Subscriptions
- 4.Find Hearty and tap Cancel
Play Store
Android
How to cancel:
- 1.Open Google Play Store app
- 2.Tap your profile icon
- 3.Tap Payments & subscriptions
- 4.Find Hearty and tap Cancel
Website
Credit Card / Web Purchase
How to cancel:
- 1.Use the login form above
- 2.Enter your email address
- 3.Verify with the code sent to you
- 4.Click "Manage Subscription"
Not sure where you purchased? Try logging in above with your email, or check your bank statement for hints (MASSPR_HEARTY = website, APPLE.COM = App Store).

Refund Policy
14-Day Refund Window
For website purchases, we offer full refunds within 14 days of any charge. Simply contact us with your email and we'll process it promptly.

App Store Purchases (iOS)
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refunds are reviewed and processed by Apple. We don't have control over App Store refunds.
